To Future Sustainability,
It is now six months or so since you installed our 2.61 KW Solar Power System and we would like to thank you for your excellent service and trouble free installation. Last month we received our autumn electricity bill totalling just $67, a $400 reduction for the same period last year. The previous bill for the summer quarter showed a reduction of $465. We expect the winter and autumn quarters to show similar savings.
Apart from the savings of $865 to date, the whole experience has been an unexpected pleasure. We are oldies, well past our “use by date”, and usually find major household projects something of a nightmare for various reasons.
However, we were delighted with Darren's approach from day one. He explained all aspects of the project, including installation by Future Sustainability and the final installation of our electricity provider's “smart meter”. He explained details of the data that would be displayed on this meter so that we could monitor the amount of power that was being generated and the amount that was fed into the grid.
Everything, including technical information, was explained in simple language that was easy to understand and we were able to estimate the probable savings and cost recovery period. After installation, Darren supplied his own software program (calculator) which enabled us to easily see the savings for any period we wished and we were able to confirm that the original estimates were very close to the actual results. In fact, our expectations have been exceeded.
Darren has recently helped us to connect the inverter to our laptop and has installed the necessary software that enables us to monitor the daily and historical data. It is quite intriguing to see what is happening, in graphical form, while the sun is providing our free electricity.

2.16kW Solar Power - The Gap
Dear Future SustainabilityIn March of this year I decided to commit to solar power and contacted Future Sustainability --- I chose them as I was impressed by their excellent website --- to obtain product information and a quote.
Their sales representative David Sargeant arranged a meeting for the following day at my home and arrived at the agreed time.
David explained clearly and fully the workings of the system (panels and inverter), the warranty terms, and, importantly, the efficacy of the different levels of the systems on offer in terms of my (domestic) requirements.
The pricing, estimated savings to be gained and estimated installation time were also clearly explained.
Ultimately the system was installed well within the estimated time frame and I am pleased to say that my next power bill reflected the cost saving originally indicated.
I have no hesitation in recommending David to any potential buyer of solar who requires nothing less than the very best of service and professionalism.

2.16kW Solar Power - Mudgereeba
Dear Future SustainabilityAfter receiving a recommendation from our son, we had a 2 kilowatt solar power system installed in November 2009. Despite starting with a reasonably small system, and our previous power bills being fairly high, our new solar power system has cut our power bills in half, which we are very happy about and has got us thinking about using our savings to expand our system further. Since we had our system installed, 4 of our neighbours have also ordered systems from Future Sustainability.
Overall we are very pleased with the system and the results and have been happy to recommend Future Sustainability to others. Installation took about 4 hours and the guys took away all the empty boxes and did not leave a mess. Future Sustainability also followed up to ensure we are happy with our new system.

A big thanks for a great job well done. My wife and I are totally delighted with our new 2.16kw solar power system and our experience with Future Sustainability was first class. The salesman’s excel model explaining the system sizes, expected output returns and cost recovery time was in layman’s terms and easy to understand and the electrician installing the system was extremely efficient as well as being very neat and tidy.

Future Solar Power 1.8kw, Insulation Chapel Hill
Since our solar insulation went in a few months ago, it has made a dramatic difference to the temperature of our house upstairs. We hardly need to use the air conditioner now.
