- Future Sustainability’s ‘premium’ solar power systems feature a 15 year solar panel product warranty - three times longer than the 5 year product warranty offered by most manufacturers.
- This means you are protected for the full 15 year REC redeeming period during which you are obligated to maintain a working system.
- Our value ‘PV-X’ solar power systems feature a 10 year solar panel product warranty – double the industry standard.
- Many resellers “hide” their short 2 - 5 year solar panel product warranty in their fine print and only advertise the longer panel output warranty which is far less comprehensive – we publish both.
- Future Sustainability’s ‘premium’ solar power systems come standard with 10 year inverter warranties – double the length of most other brands.
- All of our warranties are backed by local insurers here in Australia – you will never need to deal with an overseas manufacturer or insurance company.
- Of course all our solar panels include a full 25 year performance warranty.
Testing - Our solar panels are flash tested at the factory, and then batch tested at an independent Australian NATA testing facility before arriving to our warehouse.
Small Deposit - We only require a small deposit, most of which is refundable if you change your mind. Many of our competitors require a much larger deposit, which is usually 100% non-refundable.
Guaranteed REC Discounts - Our REC discounts are fixed when you return your signed quote form. Some of our competitors reserve the right to charge you above the quoted price if market REC values drop between order and install dates, which can add thousands of dollars to the price you expect to pay.
Guaranteed Products - Future Sustainability guarantee to install the quality products you accept. Some resellers reserve the right to supply brands/models different to what was accepted on the quote.
Short Install Times - Future Sustainability can usually have a fully operational system installed on your roof within 4-12 weeks. Some resellers’ fine print says they will attempt to “install within 6 months” and we have had clients come to us after waiting up to 10 months for another reseller to install.
Customer Satisfaction - Some of our clients have refused to sign other reseller contracts because they included clauses that waived responsibility for any damage done to your home during install – we do not. In the very unlikely event of a problem, we will correct it, as customer satisfaction is a top priority for us.
Face to Face - Our team of consultants offer personalised service and advice, and happy to meet with you to view your home, and discuss in far greater detail than over the phone or email.
Racking - Future Sustainability uses market leading solar panel racking systems. Not all racking is created equal! Our “Cyclone 3 rated” racking is raised higher to prevent debris (leaves etc.) from being trapped under panels, and for increased airflow to keep panels cooler for better performance in warmer weather.
